About – SMART-MED-CITIES

Mediterranean cities stand at a digital crossroads, facing mounting challenges in governance, service delivery, and sustainability. SMARTMED unites Greece, Jordan, and Tunisia in a pioneering effort to transform these cities into inclusive, smart, and human-centered urban spaces. Through the creation of innovation hubs, online platforms, and pilot applications in e-health and smart energy, the project promotes digital empowerment, transnational cooperation, and more responsive city management. This joint initiative creates lasting impacts in governance, infrastructure, and citizen engagement.
