About – MEDiterranean Youth for Creative Impact

The MedYCI project addresses educational disparities, digital gap, and high youth unemployment in the Mediterranean region. With a significant youth demographic facing low civic engagement, and informal employment, particularly among young women, the project unites France, Spain, Türkiye, Tunisia, and Egypt to co-develop an innovative training program for youth Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).
MedYCI aims to foster digital, creative, and analytical skills crucial for new job markets and active civic participation. By pooling expertise from multidisciplinary experts and artists across five countries, the project develops new educational practices that promote lifelong learning and regional solidarity.
