EUSEEDS

Enable, Upgrade and Spread Employability, Entrepreneurship and Digital Skills of the Eastern Mediterranean youth through dedicated university centers

MISSION

1
Why the project matters
Why the project matters

With young university graduates’ unemployment in Eastern Mediterranean countries reaching an average of 40.5% (according to project data), the mismatch between university education and formal labor market demands remains a major obstacle to the professional inclusion of young people. Despite growing access to higher education, many graduates lack the digital, transversal, and entrepreneurial skills needed to secure decent work. Vulnerable youth face even greater barriers due to limited training opportunities. EUSEEDS responds to this systemic gap with practical, locally-rooted solutions, that can be scaled across the region.
