Background

The YIELD Project -Youth Innovators Entrepreneurship Launchpad for Deep Tech is a transnational cooperation project funded by the European Union under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme.

The project supports aspiring young entrepreneurs through training, mentoring, cross-border cooperation, and regional missions, with the long-term objective of supporting the establishment of new micro-businesses in leading-edge technology fields.

Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) seeks to contract an external service provider to produce a professional introductory video for communication, dissemination, and visibility purposes.

Objective of the Assignment

The objective of this assignment is to produce a high-quality, engaging 3-minute introductory video that:

  • Presents the YIELD project, its objectives, activities, and impact
  • Highlights the cross-border nature of the partnership
  • Ensures full compliance with Interreg NEXT MED and EU visibility requirements
  • Is suitable for use on websites, social media, events, and presentations

Scope of Work

The selected service provider will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and implementing the approved on-screen text storyboard provided by the YIELD partnership
  • Developing the visual concept, animation, and graphic design
  • Integrating partner logos, EU emblem, and Interreg NEXT MED branding in line with official guidelines
  • Editing and post-production of the video
  • Delivering the final video in required formats

Key Deliverables

The expected deliverables include:

  1. One (1) introductory video, duration 3 minutes
  2. Final version in Full HD (1920×1080) format
  3. Web-optimized version suitable for online platforms
  4. Editable project file
  5. At least one round of revisions included

Technical & Content Requirements

  • Compliance with Interreg NEXT MED Communication and Visibility Guidelines
  • Clear display of:
    • EU emblem
    • Interreg NEXT MED logo
    • Funding acknowledgement text
  • Balanced visibility of all project partners
  • Professional motion graphics and transitions
  • Royalty-free music and visual assets

Duration of the Assignment

The assignment is expected to be completed within 2 weeks from the contract signing date.

Eligibility & Experience

Interested service providers should demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in producing institutional, EU-funded, or international project videos
  • Experience with EU visibility and branding requirements
  • Availability to deliver within the required timeframe

Submission Requirements

Interested bidders are requested to submit:

  1. A short technical proposal describing the approach and methodology
  2. A financial offer (EUR/JOD)
  3. Portfolio or links to similar video productions
  4. Company profile and relevant experience
