The EONANOBIOPS project announces the opening of five research positions at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) within the framework of the EU-funded project “Essential Oil-derived Next Generation Nano-Biopesticides for Sustainable Eco-Friendly Agriculture”, implemented under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme (2021–2027).

The selected researchers will contribute to the development of innovative nano-biopesticide formulations based on essential oils, including activities related to essential oil selection and profiling, nano-encapsulation and characterization, scale-up production, as well as project management, communication, and dissemination.

The call includes:

  • One (1) Post-Doctoral Researcher (Chemical Engineer)
  • Four (4) PhD Candidate Researchers (Chemical Engineers)

EONANOBIOPS aims to develop next-generation, bio-based nano-biopesticides as sustainable alternatives to conventional chemical pesticides, contributing to environmentally friendly agriculture across the Mediterranean region.
