WISEMED joined the Interreg NEXT MED training in Jordan to support sustainable water management and strengthen project implementation in the region.
Amman, 12 February 2026 – The National Agricultural Research Center (NARC) partner of the WISEMED project, participated in the official training session organized by the Interreg NEXT MED Programme for Jordanian and Palestinian organizations awarded under the First Call for Proposals.
The session aimed to strengthen project implementation capacities, ensure compliance with EU regulations, and enhance communication and financial management practices in the presence of the managing authority.
WISEMED’s presence at the training highlighted the project’s focus on sustainable water management and conservation solutions for Mediterranean agriculture, while allowing participants to exchange knowledge and gain practical guidance for project implementation.
The event offered an important opportunity to reinforce collaboration among organizations in Jordan and Palestine and support the successful implementation of Interreg NEXT MED projects in the region.
