The University of Thessaly-Special Account for Research Grants, Contracting Authority, announces an ELECTRONIC OPEN TENDER “below the thresholds” for the supply of services with the award criterion being the most economically advantageous offer based on the best quality-price ratio, per LOT, within the framework of the 1st Call for Proposals of the Interreg NEXT MED 2021-2027 Territorial Cooperation Programme, of the project entitled “PROTECHMED, Promoting innovative solutions for the technological transition of the Mediterranean horticultural sector”.
The contract is co-financed by the European Union (European Regional Development Fund) and by National Resources.
The subject of the contract is the supply of services:
LOT 1: Management Services, budget €23,000 including VAT (€18,548.39 plus VAT)
LOT 2: Communication Services, budget €35,000 including VAT (€28,225.81 plus VAT)
LOT 3: Technical Implementation Services, budget €60,000 including VAT (€48,387.09 plus VAT)
The tender will be conducted using the National Electronic Public Procurement System platform, through the web portal www.promitheus.gov.gr of the above system with a deadline for submission of bids on Wednesday 01/04/2026 at 15:00.
The offers must be accompanied by a Participation Guarantee Letter.
The contract documents are available through the website of the contracting authority https://ee.uth.gr/el/procurements and the web portal www.promitheus.gov.gr , to which any requests from participating economic operators are submitted electronically.
