The Centre de Recherches et des Technologies des Eaux (CERTE), Tunisian partner of the RESWATER project, invites qualified and independent auditors to submit proposals for the selection of an External Auditor at national level.
The selected auditor will be responsible for auditing and certifying all expenditures incurred by CERTE in the implementation of the RESWATER project, ensuring compliance with Interreg NEXT MED programme rules, accuracy of financial statements, and proper supporting documentation for reimbursement purposes.
This call aims to ensure sound financial management and effective administrative oversight of RESWATER project activities in Tunisia.
Eligible applicants include certified accountants and accounting firms registered with the Tunisian Order of Chartered Accountants, with proven experience in auditing EU-funded or internationally funded cooperation projects.
The detailed Terms of Reference define the scope of work, eligibility criteria, evaluation methodology, and submission procedures. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with these Terms of Reference by 25 March 2026 at 14:00 (local time).
