The PLANBEE project is funded under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme and is implemented through a transnational partnership, with the Confederation of Egyptian European Business Associations (CEEBA) participating as a project partner from Egypt.
In accordance with the requirements of the Interreg NEXT MED Programme, CEEBA is required to appoint an approved and independent First Level Controller (FLC) to verify the eligibility and legality of the expenditures it declares before their submission to the Managing Authority.
To this end, CEEBA hereby launches a Call for Proposals for the selection of a qualified and independent auditor / First Level Controller to provide First Level Control (expenditure verification) services.
The selected auditor will carry out expenditure verification in full compliance with the Interreg NEXT MED Programme rules and procedures, ensuring that all declared costs are accurate, eligible, and properly documented.
