This call for tenders aims to select an independent external financial auditor to audit all expenditures incurred by the Catalan Fashion Cluster (MODACC) within the framework of the MATRIX – Mediterranean Pathway for Circular Textiles, project co-funded by the European Union under the Programme Interreg NEXT MED.

The project aims to transform fashion design in the Mediterranean through the Circular Fashion Design Toolbox, a set of practical tools focused on three key areas: resources (water and energy), materials, and digitalization.

The audit will cover the entire implementation period of the project, from 20th September 2025 up to its closure, following the Interreg NEXT MED procedures. It is a mandatory requirement that the auditor be registered in the Official Register of Auditors of Accounts (ROAC).
