To celebrate the Mediterranean Day 2025, we are happy to share the collective Mediterranean playlist created thanks to the contributions of people from across the region.
The Mediterranean Day, an initiative of the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) celebrated every year on 28 November, invites us to reflect on our shared identity and future. This year’s theme — “We need to talk, Mediterranean” — inspired a musical dialogue that brought together voices, styles, and stories from all shores.
Over the past days, our community participated through Instagram and Facebook by sharing songs that represent what the Mediterranean means to them. The result is a diverse, vibrant playlist that reflects the richness and creativity of our region.
