Confartigianato Imprese Sud Sardegna has launched a new questionnaire as part of the HorizonCraft initiative, following a clear approach: listening first to build more effectively.

Rooted in the daily reality of small businesses, Confartigianato supports local enterprises through training, innovation, and international opportunities. Through HorizonCraft, this approach extends beyond Sardinia, creating connections between local companies and young talents from across the Mediterranean.

The questionnaire aims to identify, as accurately as possible, the expectations of host companies within the project. Given their training role, facilitating the meeting between companies and participants is essential to ensuring a successful process.

To support this objective, the survey will explore the perspectives of the participating associations, gathering information on companies’ current status and their potential for expansion in an increasingly international context.

Overall, the questionnaire seeks to better understand the needs of businesses and to identify those willing to host interns, fostering exchanges that can bring mutual benefits. HorizonCraft is built on this principle of circulation, where skills, perspectives, and experiences move across borders and contribute to real working environments.
