The Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie recently convened a coordination meeting with representatives from the 24 universities benefiting from the EUSEEDS project. This session aimed to align on key communication practices, visibility requirements, and upcoming operational steps.
The meeting opened with a comprehensive overview of communication and visibility guidelines. Participants were reminded of the importance of ensuring proper acknowledgment of the European Union and the Interreg NEXT MED Programme across all project-related materials. Clear guidance was also provided on how to maintain consistency in messaging and branding across institutions.
A dedicated segment focused on internal communication and shared resources, highlighting the tools available for smoother collaboration. The AUF team encouraged all universities to actively contribute to the project’s visibility by proposing content for the EUSEEDS website, including news articles, event updates, and media materials.
Another key topic addressed was monitoring and evaluation, with practical recommendations on how universities can track their activities and report on progress effectively, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
In line with EUSEEDS’ sustainability values, the meeting also introduced Green Events guidelines. Partners were encouraged to adopt environmentally responsible practices, such as minimizing printed materials, reusing communication assets, selecting sustainable venues, and applying eco-friendly catering standards.
Looking ahead, discussions turned to the project’s next operational steps, particularly the phase of equipping the centers, which will play a central role in supporting innovation and entrepreneurship within partner universities.
This meeting marked an important step in strengthening coordination among partners and universities and ensuring a shared understanding of priorities as the EUSEEDS project moves forward.
