The purpose of this call for tenders is to select an external financial auditor responsible for auditing all expenditures incurred by the Palestine Information and Communications Technology Incubator – PICTI (Ramallah, Palestine) within the framework of the project “EUSEEDS”, co-funded by the European Union under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme.
The EUSEEDS project is implemented across five Eastern Mediterranean countries to strengthen youth employability and digital skills. It foresees the establishment (creation or revitalization) of 20 university centers across five countries (Cyprus, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Palestine) to enhance professional integration and digital competences among young people.
The audit will be carried out by an organization or an independent expert officially authorized in the Country to perform financial audits. PICTI will provide the external auditors with full access to its premises and to all necessary documents. Audit services will cover the entire implementation period of the EUSEEDS project, up to the closure of the implementation phase.
The auditor must carry out the assigned tasks in accordance with the implementation procedures established by the Interreg NEXT MED Programme.
