The Centre of Biotechnology of Sfax (CBS), a partner in the EU-funded EONANOBIOPS project under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme, is seeking a PhD researcher to join the Biopesticide Laboratory (BS) within the framework of the EONANOBIOPS project—an innovative research initiative focused on advanced nano-biotechnologies and their applications in agriculture and biological systems.

The selected PhD researcher will contribute to the selection and extraction of essential oils using supercritical CO₂, including the optimization of extraction parameters and the evaluation of yield, chemical profiles, and biological activities.

EONANOBIOPS advances cutting-edge research and technologies to improve pest control, reduce environmental impacts, and support sustainable agriculture across the Mediterranean region.
