The EmpoweerNEET project is launching a call for tenders to contract a specialized provider for the development, hosting, configuration, and maintenance of a Moodle-based e-learning platform to support Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) training. The platform will enable hybrid learning, participant management, and monitoring of training activities. Deadline for applications: 4 May 2026.
The EmpoweerNEET project, funded by the Interreg NEXT MED Programme, aims to support the empowerment of young people and women (NEETs) through training and integration into the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) across Mediterranean countries.
Fons Català de Cooperació al Desenvolupament is launching a call for tenders to contract a specialized provider for the development, configuration, hosting, and maintenance of a Moodle-based e-learning platform to support an SSE entrepreneurship training programme.
The platform will serve as the main digital learning environment for delivering hybrid training (online and in-person), managing participants, and monitoring learning progress.
The selected contractor will be responsible for:

Implementation period: Up to 8 months (starting 2026)
