Overview

The EmpoweerNEET project, funded by the Interreg NEXT MED Programme, aims to support the empowerment of young people and women (NEETs) through training and integration into the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) across Mediterranean countries.

Objective of the Call

Fons Català de Cooperació al Desenvolupament is launching a call for tenders to contract a specialized provider for the development, configuration, hosting, and maintenance of a Moodle-based e-learning platform to support an SSE entrepreneurship training programme.

The platform will serve as the main digital learning environment for delivering hybrid training (online and in-person), managing participants, and monitoring learning progress.

Scope of Services

The selected contractor will be responsible for:

  • Development and configuration of a Moodle platform
  • Secure hosting and infrastructure management
  • Integration of training content and digital resources
  • User management and learning activity tracking
  • Maintenance, updates, and technical support
  • Training and capacity building for platform users

Location: Catalonia
Implementation period: Up to 8 months (starting 2026)

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in Moodle platform development
  • Expertise in web technologies and e-learning systems
  • Capacity to manage hosting and technical infrastructure
  • Experience in similar digital learning projects
  • Qualified multidisciplinary technical team

Budget

Maximum budget: €8,400 (all taxes included)
