Project Overview
The EmpoweerNEET project, Co-funded by EU and aims to empower young people and women (NEETs) through capacity building and integration into the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) across Mediterranean partner countries.
Objective of the Call
The purpose of this call is to contract a specialized entity in audiovisual production and e-learning development to transform an existing training package on Entrepreneurship in the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) into high-quality digital training content.
The assignment includes the production of audiovisual materials, development of interactive learning resources, and integration into a Moodle-based online learning platform.
Scope of Services
The selected contractor will:
- Produce professional audiovisual training content (videos, case studies, animations)
- Develop interactive digital learning materials
- Adapt content for e-learning delivery
- Integrate and configure content within a Moodle platform
- Ensure alignment with in-person training components (hybrid format)
Location: Catalonia (with coordination at project level)
Implementation period: June- November 2026
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should demonstrate:
- Proven experience in audiovisual production and/or e-learning content development
- Experience with LMS platforms (preferably Moodle)
- Strong instructional design and digital learning capabilities
- Qualified multidisciplinary team
- Experience in similar projects
Budget
Maximum available budget: €12,800 (all taxes included)
