IRBID, JORDAN –Within the framework of the YIELD Project and its ongoing mission to foster innovation, the Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) successfully convened a strategic stakeholder meeting on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. This session, held under the project’s Work Package 3 (WP3), marks a significant milestone in aligning regional innovation services with the actual needs of the Mediterranean ecosystem.
The meeting served as a vital platform to present the YIELD Project’s core objectives and vision for the EUROMED region. Through a series of presentations and multimedia showcases, attendees were introduced to the project’s high-impact strategy for empowering young innovators.
A primary focus of the session was the validation of YIELD’s Entrepreneurship Acceleration Services. These specialized methodologies are designed to support startups and young researchers in developing deep-tech solutions specifically within the Blue, Green, Circular, and Eco-innovation (BGCE) sectors.
The event brought together over 10 key stakeholders from academia, industry, and innovation support organizations. This diverse participation ensured a comprehensive review of the project’s framework through various professional lenses. During an interactive feedback session, participants provided critical insights and practical recommendations aimed at refining the upcoming YIELD Joint Entrepreneurship Acceleration Services.
The meeting proved highly productive, ensuring that YIELD’s methodologies are not only theoretically sound but also practically relevant to the Jordanian and regional markets. By bridging the gap between academic innovation and industry requirements, the YIELD Project continues to strengthen the entrepreneurial pipeline for sustainable development.
