CLUSTERATLAS4MED project is seeking an independent First Level Financial Controller in Egypt

The project partner SEKEM Foundation (Egypt) is launching a call for proposals to select an independent First Level Controller to provide expenditure verification services. The assignment will cover six (6) Expenditure Verification Reports (EVRs) over the entire implementation period of the CLUSTERATLAS4MED project.

SEKEM Foundation, partner of the CLUSTERATLAS4MED project funded under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme, hereby invites applications for the selection of an independent First Level Controller (Expenditure Verification). The selected First Level Controller will be responsible for carrying out expenditure verification in compliance with the Interreg NEXT MED Programme rules and the Project Implementation Manual, covering six (6) Expenditure Verification Reports throughout the project implementation period.

The deadline for submission is 9 April 2026, 14:00 CET.
