On February 5, 2026, a coordination meeting of the CAREMED Project – Community-based Approach for Resilient Mediterranean Health, co-funded by the European Union under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme and led by the Meyer University Hospital, took place at the Primary Care Management of Mallorca.
The meeting brought together representatives of Servei de Salut – IbSalut, including the Primary Care Management of Mallorca, with the shared goal of reinforcing coordination within Primary Care and ensuring the smooth progress of the CAREMED Project.
During the meeting, participants worked together to align efforts, clarify responsibilities, and identify priorities to support the ongoing activities of the project. Discussions also focused on fostering collaboration, optimising internal support, and integrating new team members to strengthen the project’s impact.
This gathering was a concrete example of how joint commitment and teamwork can drive progress in health innovation. By working hand in hand, CAREMED partners continue to lay solid foundations for resilient, patient-centered health systems, taking meaningful steps towards a healthier and more sustainable future for the Mediterranean region.
