Çukurova University seeks researcher for GREENOLIVE project in Türkiye

Adana, TürkiyeÇukurova University is hiring a full-time project staff member to join its team for GREENOLIVE, the EU-funded initiative demonstrating solar-driven decarbonisation for Mediterranean industries.

The position is open within the framework of the Interreg NEXT MED Programme. The selected candidate will work at the university’s campus in Adana and contribute to activities across all work packages of the project, which runs until September 2028.

Position Details
The researcher will support the Çukurova University team in implementing GREENOLIVE’s technical scope, with an emphasis on thermal energy storage. The university leads project activities related to storage materials, including preliminary testing, commissioning, and performance monitoring at the demonstration site in Adana.

Candidate Profile
Applicants should hold a PhD in Physical Chemistry, Materials Science, Energy Engineering, or a related field, with demonstrated research experience in thermal energy storage, particularly for industrial applications.
