DIEM’s tunisian partner Animed SARL (PP2), is launching a call for the selection of a Tunisian external auditor.

The notice aims to identify a qualified Chartered Accountant or accounting firm to carry out the audit of DIEM project expenditures incurred in Tunisia by Animed, in compliance with national regulations and the requirements of the Interreg NEXT MED Programme.

The selected auditor will be responsible, on a semestral basis, for:

  •  Verifying and certifying the DIEM project expenditures incurred by the Tunisian partners;
  • Producing the audit reports required under the Interreg NEXT Programme;
  • Ensuring that expenditures comply with the Programme rules and national regulations.

Eligible Profiles

The following may apply:

  • Individual Chartered Accountants
  • Accounting firms

Provided that they:

  • Are members of the Tunisian Order of Chartered Accountants;
  • Appear on the official list of the Control Contact Point (CCP);
  • Have proven experience in auditing cooperation projects/programmes.

Joint applications (consortia) are permitted, provided that a lead applicant is designated.

Submission Deadline: March 24 at 1:00 PM (local time)
