Our Tunisian partner, CCI Cap Bon (Tunisia) the Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie du Cap Bon, is launching a Call for Tenders to select an External Auditor for the CLUSTERATLAS4MED project. The auditor will verify the eligibility of expenditures, validate financial reports in line with the Programme Manual and Grant Agreement, ensure compliance with supporting documentation and public procurement rules, and issue the Expenditure Verification Report (EVR) for each reporting period.
Requirements:
- Registered with OECT (Tunisia).
- Proven experience in auditing EU-funded projects (ENI CBC Med / Interreg preferred).
- Fluency in English & French.
