CReSInMed brings together a strong and diverse Mediterranean partnership of public institutions, chambers of commerce, development agencies, NGOs and private organisations from both shores of the Mediterranean. The partnership combines complementary expertise in tourism development, SME support, training, digital innovation and international cooperation. This diversity allows the project to respond to common challenges while adapting solutions to local needs and contexts.
Coordinated by Interforum Srl (Italy), a private company, CReSInMed brings together a transnational partnership including: Three Thirds Society (Greece), a non-profit organisation; Cámara Valencia (Spain), a chamber of commerce; Batı Akdeniz Kalkınma Ajansı (BAKA) (Türkiye), a regional development agency; Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (Jordan), a public authority; Leaders International (Palestine), a non-profit organisation; and the Ministry of Tourism of Tunisia, a national public authority, creating a balanced cooperation framework between European Union and Southern Mediterranean countries.
Through continuous exchange of experience and joint work, partners support rural tourism (M)SMEs in improving skills, building networks and accessing new markets. This collaborative approach strengthens trust, mutual learning and long-term cooperation beyond national borders. By working together, the CReSInMed partnership shows how Mediterranean cooperation can deliver practical benefits for businesses and communities, contributing to more inclusive and sustainable rural tourism development.
