The MATRIX Project Opens a Selection Call for External Technical Support

The project MATRIX launches a selection procedure for external technical assistance services to support the correct technical implementation and the technical and financial justification of the project.

The project “Mediterranean Pathway for Circular Textiles’ Design” (MATRIX), with reference number A_T_2.4_0289, and co-financed at 89% by the Interreg NEXT MED Programme, launches a selection procedure for external technical assistance services to support the correct technical implementation and the technical and financial justification of the project.

The purpose of the contract is to ensure the proper implementation of the project work plan, as well as to guarantee adequate economic, administrative and financial monitoring in compliance with the specific control and reporting regulations of the Interreg NEXT MED Programme.

This advisory and support service will be structured into three main blocks:

  • Coordination Support: Ongoing support to MODACC, as Lead Beneficiary of the project, and to the rest of the project partners, in the tasks defined under the management activities included in WP1 – Project Coordination, Management, and Monitoring: meetings, reporting, compliance requirements, as well as assistance in communication with the Programme Managing Authorities.
  • Technical Assistance: Planning and monitoring of the activities to be implemented within the project; support and coordination among the leaders of the different activities, with particular attention to both internal and external communication aspects.
  • Financial, Administrative and Reporting Support: Provision of continuous assistance to all partners on administrative and financial matters, budget monitoring, support in addressing deviations, and assessment of expenditure eligibility. Support in the preparation and submission of activity reports and financial control documentation.

The tendering company shall make available to MODACC a technical team to support the European Programmes Department, in order to comply with the project work plan and ensure the quality, scope and results of the project.
