About the role
Mindspark Plus is seeking a Communications & Technical Support Manager to support dissemination, outreach and technical activities for the DigitalLife4ALL project. This is a part-time, fixed-term position (contract for services) running until project completion. Remuneration will follow the approved project budget and Mindspark Plus pay policy and will comply with Interreg NEXT MED eligible cost rules. The actual workload and working hours will be determined by project needs.
Key responsibilities
Support communication and dissemination activities across partners and target groups.
Create, publish and maintain digital content (project website, social media channels, newsletters).
Organise and support events, workshops and training activities (logistics, materials, on-site/online coordination).
Support collection, management and reporting of communication KPIs and evidence.
Produce basic audiovisual materials (videos, graphics, short promo clips) and localization of materials.
Provide technical support for dissemination activities as required (e.g., support for platform integration, uploading content, coordinating with technical partners).
Contribute to the development and implementation of the Dissemination & Exploitation Plan and the Sustainability & Monitoring Strategy.
Required qualifications & skills
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications or a closely related field.
Master’s degree in Marketing or a demonstrably relevant field is preferred.
Proven professional experience or strong academic experience in social marketing, communication campaigns and behavioural-change projects.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong report-writing and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience developing and implementing communication programmes, including digital and social media channels.
Ability to produce simple audiovisual content and promotional materials.
Desirable
Experience working on EU-funded projects (Interreg, Erasmus+, etc.).
Familiarity with website CMS, analytics tools and basic multimedia editing.
Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive communication best practices.
