The Management Company of Technopark Borj Cedria (SGTBC), a RESt4GREEN Project partner, seeks an energy audit and technical assistance in Tunisia. This assignment will cover the buildings and equipment of the Higher Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technologies (ISSTE), which serves as the project’s pilot building.

The selected service provider will be responsible for conducting both preliminary and in-depth energy audits, performing a comprehensive study of building user behavior, preparing the Terms of Reference for energy efficiency actions, and ensuring the monitoring, support, and evaluation of all implemented measures.
