YIELD – Call for Expressions of Interest for Communication Coordination and Digital Outreach Services

The University of Ioannina invites candidates to express interest for a service contract supporting communication coordination, digital tools development, and outreach activities under the YIELD project. Deadline: 13 October 2025, 14:30.

The University of Ioannina, through its Research Committee, launches a Call for Expressions of Interest for a service contract within the YIELD – Youth Innovators Entrepreneurship Launchpad for Deep Tech project. The project is funded by the Interreg NEXT MED Programme, with co-financing from the European Union and Greece.

The assignment focuses on communication coordination for the project. It includes the development of digital communication tools, day-to-day support to the communication strategy, and supervision of outreach actions at project level (WP2). These tasks aim to ensure visibility, compliance with EU communication rules, and effective engagement with target audiences.

The contract runs from signature until 31 August 2027, and the total remuneration amounts to €13,200 including VAT. Work will take place at the University of Ioannina. Extensions may be possible if approved by the Research Committee and if the necessary budget is available.

Eligibility and Evaluation

Candidates must hold the following required qualifications:

  • University degree in Informatics or an equivalent recognized title

  • Master’s degree or equivalent recognized postgraduate title

  • Good knowledge of English

Additional qualifications will be scored based on experience:

  • Work in cross-border or co-funded projects

  • Stakeholder engagement and community outreach

  • Digital promotion, social media management, and online communication

  • Communication and dissemination in EU-funded projects

Only documented qualifications will be considered.

Each application must include:

  1. The completed Form A11 – Application for Service Contract

  2. A detailed CV

  3. All supporting documents proving required and additional qualifications

All documents must be sent in one ZIP file, up to 25MB if possible.
The subject line must include the call reference number:

“Αίτηση στην Πρόσκληση Εκδήλωσης Ενδιαφέροντος με αρ. πρωτ. 43410/2025”.

The deadline is 13 October 2025 (Monday) at 14:30. Late applications are not accepted.

Applicants will receive an email with a protocol number confirming receipt.

An Evaluation Committee reviews the applications according to the legislation and submits results to the Research Committee. The process results in a ranking list, which will be published on the ELKE website and on DIAVGEIA.

If the selected contractor resigns or the contract ends early, the next candidate on the ranking list may be selected. Candidates may submit an appeal within five (5) days after results publication.
