YIELD – Call for Expressions of Interest for Digital Innovation, Mentoring and Stakeholder Engagement Services

The University of Ioannina launches a Call for Expressions of Interest to award a service contract within the YIELD – Youth Innovators Entrepreneurship Launchpad for Deep Tech project. The project operates under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme, promoting digital entrepreneurship among young innovators.

The assignment includes three main areas of work. First, the contractor will support digital analysis on regional development for the Blue, Green, Circular and Eco-Innovation sectors. This contribution also helps shape practical methodologies that accelerate entrepreneurship. Next, the contractor will provide mentoring to selected youth teams. These sessions will strengthen digital and technological skills and contribute to joint learning activities. Finally, the assignment involves stakeholder engagement, including the identification of key actors, support to the project’s digital platform, and outreach to experienced entrepreneurs who can guide young participants.

The contract runs from the date of signature until 31 August 2027. Its total value is €24,000, including VAT. All activities take place at the University of Ioannina.

Eligibility and Evaluation

Candidates must hold a degree in Computer Engineering or a related field. They also need a Master’s in Informatics or Information Systems and excellent English (C2). In addition, the evaluation committee considers previous experience in EU-funded projects, mentoring, training, or designing support methodologies. If needed, the committee may invite candidates to an interview. This step enables evaluators to assess technical knowledge, communication skills, and teamwork.
