Summer has arrived in the Mediterranean region. Temperatures are high as usual, beaches are packed with enthusiast sun-goers, and offices are slowly emptying. It’s the perfect time to appreciate the fortune of living in an area renowned for its breathtaking natural landscapes, exceptional cuisine, and rich historical heritage as the birthplace of ancient civilizations.
Join us in celebrating the Mediterranean summer by sharing your best photos/short videos that make this season truly unforgettable. Whether it’s a natural wonder, a landmark monument, a delicious dish, a daily scene, or a special moment, contributions are welcome as long as they capture the essence of the Mediterranean summer.
How to participate? Through Instagram. Share your story with the hashtag #MEDSUMMER and mention the Interreg NEXT MED Programme account @interregnextmed. Do not forget to add the location. We will repost the stories* on our Instagram page and the three ones with more likes as shared on our Instagram page will win a prize!
What’s the prize? A set of Interreg NEXT MED-branded products, including a backpack and a polo (see picture below).
What is the deadline? The campaign runs all August so be sure to share your stories within this month.
